Forge shops are equipped with the unique press-forming equipment such as forging hammers having dropping parts weight up to 7 tons, die forging hammers having dropping parts weight from 2 to 16 tons, ring-rolling press with a force of 300 tons, vertical hydraulic presses with a force 4, 7, 10 and 30 thousand tons, horizontal hydraulic press with a force 9 thousand tons. Forge complex on the basis of the vertical hydraulic press with a force of 1,5 thousand tons consisting of two hydraulic manipulators with rated load capacity of 1,25 and 2,5 tons, high temperature electric furnace, two-chamber gas-fired furnace and rail charging and discharging machine. The produce is manufactured both by hot die forging that provides a high factor of metal utilization and by hammering. The modern production process permits to manufacture the forgings of various configuration of wrought, carbon and high-alloy steels, high temperature steels, titanium alloys with projection area of forged products 5500 cm2 and mass up to 500 kg, of aluminium, magnesium, titanium alloys with projection area up to 9000 cm2 and mass up to 200 kg as well as blanks for gas turbine engine disks of nickel base super alloys by diameter up to 1000 mm and mass up to 700 kg.
Manufactured products are supplied for various branches of national economy: for space-aircraft complex, aircraft engineering , machine building and power engineering industry, automobile and railway transport, petroleum industry and other branches. We manufacture forgings of various configuration: round in top view, flat, ribbed.
