Production of cast car wheel disk of aluminium alloy AK47 was established in our plant at the end of 2002. Alloy is manufactured in plasmarc melting furnaces. This production method improves melt quality, furnace capacity as well as workshop climate. Disks are produced in Volkswagen MWB-LPCM casting machines. Mechanical properties after heat treatment: ultimate strength 27-28 kgf/mm2, yield strength 18-22 kgf/mm2, elongation 8-12 %. Our company is able to manufacture car wheels of 6Jx15H2 P.C.D. -4 x 100;4 x 108; 4 x 114,3; 5 x 108; 5 x 112 types; 7 J x 16CH. P.C.D. -87 x 114,3; 87 x 130; 111 x 139,7 types. These types of wheels have certificate of compliance № POCC RU.MT 25 BO 4746. The production of 5,5J x 13H2; 6J x 14H2.P.C.D. -4 x 100; 4 x113; 4 x 98 types is under construction.
